Right to a Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers are required to provide individuals who are uninsured or who do not plan to submit claims to insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing before your scheduled service.
